Now you do not need a T-PIN number to request a duplicate Account Statement. If you have provided an email address in your original application form, please provide your account details here. Your request will be submitted to the DFSL Email Handling Robot which will automatically email your most recent Account Statement to your registered email address. The Emailed Statement will look very much like the physical one and can either be printed by you locally, or can be saved as a soft copy on your computer for future reference.
